Just laughing today at posts complaining about some aspect of software applications like CS3/4 & LR2. The first line of research seldom seems to include reading up the user manual.

Just yesterday I discovered there is a an acronym that fits that kind of attitude and behaviour EBAC - error between computer and chair :)
